Marketing Optimization Workshop

Having vast amounts of customer data is one thing. Effectively putting it to use is another. 

By leveraging Design Thinking Methodologies and partnering with Marketing Leadership, we built out a custom workshop curriculum designed to understand the context, identify the pain points, and start solutioning around an optimized path forward. 

The resulting marketing strategy enabled the online retailer to deliver marketing messages based on a Living Profile that would allow them to sell more within and across product verticals.
