Times are changing. Bots are quickly systematizing automated work. Artificial Intelligence algorithms can already accurately predict customer preferences. And for anything needing a human touch, our Global economy has already enabled outsourcing work to anywhere around the world—at a fraction of the cost.

Companies that will succeed in this new environment will be driven by innovation. Where employees understand their value is no longer in their labor but in their ideas. Where the genesis of new products and services can come from anywhere. 

The Value of Innovation

Creative thinking is central to solving complex business problems: developing new strategies, facilitating innovation, and driving change. Participants of The Design Thinking Workshop are encouraged to stretch their creative muscles through engaging exercises. Stakeholders will be challenged to make new connections, tapping into unused parts of their brains and training themselves to think differently.

What to Expect

This is more than fun and games. We start by grounding the conversation and exploring the business case for innovation. Participants learn about best practices of world-class innovative organizations. 

This interactive coursework is inspired by the principles developed by Rolf Faste and David M. Kelley at Stanford University. Based on Design Thinking Methodologies, the curriculum provides a new approach for business thinkers to leverage innovation to address any problem. 

Guided by a companion Workbook, the experience will establish a repeatable framework for attendees that can be used over and over again. Participants will contribute through a combination of interactive conversation, hands-on activities, and sharing feedback.
