TCHO Chocolate Rebranding Workshop

TCHO had an identity crisis. The leadership couldn’t decide what they stood for, so they engaged my team to develop a one-day workshop to help uncover, reframe, and build consensus around a new brand positioning.

Guided by a companion Workbook, exercises challenged attendees to understand the “Why”, define their competition, develop a brand promise, define the functional and emotional benefits, and ultimately identify what made them different. The final deliverable included a full readout outlining the new positioning, a new tagline and a redefined brand pyramid.
